 Dinning Options at The St. David's Hotel & Spa
Tides Grill is the restaurant situated on the hotel's ground floor with stunning views of Cardiff bay and the opportunity of alfresco dining during the summer months. Welsh cuisine is served using the freshest local produce.
Waves is the ideal complement to the Hotel's Spa, with a healthy menu. A healthy three-course lunch buffet is available daily in Waves at 12.30pm and 1.30pm
The Residents Lounge on the first floor is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing coffee or tea, and a light snack.

 Spa at The St. David's Hotel & Spa
The spa offers thalassotherapy treatments, holistic and aromatherapy treatments, and facials. Guests can walk through the hydrotherapy corridor, with its massage fountains and gentle currents, or relax on the underwater jet beds in the hydrotherapy pool.
An extensive menu offers specialist treatments including Oxygen facials using Nora Bode OXYjet Star, the world's most effective oxygen system, Thalgo and E'SPA
Children are able to use the 15-metre ozone swimming pool between 11.30am and 1.30pm and from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Children under 16 years cannot use the marine hydrotherapy pools or gymnasium. Children must be accompanied by an adult
